Ryu is confused about
the recent changes in
the tournament, however he still fights anyways because it is his way
(he has nothing better
to do)

Ryu: I have defeated all the ninjas, but for some reason I don't feel the usual satisfaction I get from victory.  For some reason it feels like all I did was defeat the same person a bunch of times.  At least I earned the respect of my many fans.

Audience: YOU DIDN'T PROVE ANYTHING!
YOU STILL SUCK!
YOU ALWAYS USE THE SAME
OLD TIRED MOVES.

Ryu: I see, I have gotten the same response that I get from the rest of my opponents and fans.  I now know what I have to do.

Ryu: I will now change my technique to use the so called "cheap" tactics of Akuma.

Unlike the rest of the ninjas, Vomit is not a member of Ermac's
clique. All he remembers is beating up a fat guy wearing a towel and getting sick in his bath.

Vomit: That was fun!

Billy: You kidnapped Marian

Vomit: You guys?!
All I want to do is to get a drink.  This happens everytime I want to go to my favorite bar, which is unfortunately placed next to your damn garage.
Now I'm gonna have to destroy both of you.....again.

After being released from his robot form by Ermac, he is indebted to him.
He also has the duty of being his stuntman like in the MK3 tournaments.

Sektor: Ermac, you should have realized that no one can hide from the Lin Kuei!  I have taken care of the invasion, and have paved the way for the Lin Kuei to take over the tourney.  And me bosses have said that if I succeed I will be given a new robot body, better than my old one!

Sub-Zero: Damn, the Lin Kuei are still out to kill me...

Sektor: I am Sektor, you will never defeat me with my new powers!

Inferno fought in the MK2 tournament, but he accidentally set himself on fire in the little known background pit. He hopes to redeem himself in the takeover.

Inferno: Is anybody there?
I have won the tourney,
Now we can start our own takeover.

Ghost: Good, not even Bison or Khan can stop us now.

Torch: Our plans start NOW.

One of the several Lin Kuei ninjas that never made it in any MK tourney.  He was hired to assist Ermac in the takeover.

Hydro: I have won the tournament!

Hydro: What's this?

Raiden: I am Raiden, the thunder god
For your success in defeating The other ninja, I will offer you a place in the 4th
Mortal Kombat tourney.
It will be your chance to be known as one of the greatest fighters ever!

Hydro: Great! Let's shake on the deal!

Unfortunately, since Hydro is powered by water, and Raiden by electricity, they both electrocuted, and were
killed by the resulting explosion

Chun-Li is also puzzled by the takeover, but will fight on to represent the SF fighters in their crusade to overcome the ninja forces.

Chun: Even though I have won, I am unsure about my future, since only Ryu and Ken were allowed to fight in the third Street Fighter tournament.

Agent: I got some good news for you!

Chun: You mean they want me in the next Street Fighter tournament?

Agent: Not exactly, but I have a gig lined up for you.

SEVERAL MONTHS LATER

Chun: I'm gonna KILL my agent!

Also indebted to Ermac after he dug him out of the desert and returning him to his human form, Ermac believes that he will be as good a fighter when he was a robot

When Ermac changed Cyrax back into his human form, he thought he was able to get rid of all his bugs he had when he was a robot.  However, the assumed bug that made Cyrax get lost all the time wasn't because of his robot form, Cyrax was just stupid, and unable to follow directions.

Like the schmuck he is, he again gets lost in the desert waving his arms around like an idiot.

Suni-Skiz, another Lin Kuei, will fight for Ermac. In the tourney, Suni-Skiz will be followed by Wind and Rain

Suniskiz: I have won the tournament
Now I will train myself
for the second ninja
takeover.

Author's note: Suniskiz was a very interesting idea and his debut in the ninja takeover was a very successful one.  However, when creating the ninja I didn't really think about his story that much, so I had to give him a generic ending.

Wind, the lackey for Rain makes his appearance. He is in the tournament to discover the Brutality technique, even though it has been proven to be non-existant

Wind: I won!  Now I am the greatest champion ever!  And look here...

Wind: Here comes Sagat, the winner of the first Street Fighter tournament to congradulate me!

Sagat: They won't let me in the third Street Fighter tournament,
I'll never get my revenge against Ryu!
Hey, you remind me of Ryu.

Sagat: TIGER BLOW!

Wind: AAAAAAHHHHH!

Sagat: That made me feel better, but wait 'till that guy comes
Then I'll how him the true power of Sagat!

Rain, a member of Ermac's clique, is set on destroying everything in his path in preperation for the third MK rematch.

After Rain won the tournament he revealed that he joined the second MK3 tournament NOT because he wanted to create suspense for his debut in the third MK3 rematch.  Instead he wanted to be a big movie star.  He took advantage of the talk about his secrecy and used it to boost his popularity so the agents in showbiz would notice him.

He moved to Hollywood and got himself an agent,

cut a few records

made several movies and became a zillionaire.

Noob, the other member of Ermac's clique, fights in the tourney to steal the other colors from the ninjas so he can have his own color for the MKT tourney.

Noob-Saibot won the tournament, and was able to steal the colors from the other ninjas for his own costume.  However, he didn't know how to control his new colors, and ended up

looking like this

Ermac leads the hostile takeover to prove to Boon and Tobias that the ninja are worthy enough to be included in future MK tourneys, and will not be banned like in MK3.

Ermac: The takeover is successful!
Now the next Street Fighter that wants to win, must now face me.

Unfortunately, he was never informed that Ryu and Ken have made plans to move to a new third tournament and some other Street Fighters have also signed an exclusive contract with the X-Men.  The rest of them declined to retire from street fighting.

He now waits in his area waiting for a challenge that will never arrive

The promoter of the SFNinja tournament enters himself into the fight
to see if his master plan will be carried out

Everyone was wondering the intentions of the mysterious promoter's reason to take over the Street Fighter circut and overrun it with ninjas.

Before starting the tournament, he bought out the many ninja friendship dolls that were lying around in warehouses since MK2.  He then hiked up the price and sold them at Christmas.

"If people are stupid enough to go crazy for a damn laughing muppet, last Christmas, then I'll make a bundle off this!"

She assisted the mysterious promoter of the ninja takeover, but now she enters.  She
has been rumored to be connected with Kitana and Mileena's takeover of SF2

Iralod: You called, sir

Kahn: Yes, you have done your job well.  Ever since you have helped Kitana and Mileena with their invasion, your work has been successful.  Now we can make sure the outworld will take over the earth.  I must go now.

Iralod: Kitana, Mileena
Present yourselves.

Iralod: Shao Kahn wants me to oversee the takeover of earth.  I will do this, but Shao Kahn must not know of our plans to take over this realm for ourselves.

Iralod: It is you, have you contacted them?

???: Yes, the fighters will work for you but I must warn you that some of the Street Fighters are coming back.  Also, I don't think that Ryu is leaving anytime soon.

Iralod: Then we must work quickly.

She makes a suprise appearance in the tournament.  It is unknown what her motives are currently.

Anna: You had a DRIVE to fight, but it is a MYSTERY TO ME why you were spending too much time SECOND GUESSING my style.  Call me CRAZY but a FEMME FATALE like me found your style very unorganized.  For you must feel BITTERSWEET.  ME, well I have to go.

LATER

Anna: My home is HALF A WORLD AWAY, and I CAN'T GET THERE FROM HERE.  I was about OUT OF TIME to escape from this world.  Now I make my DEPARTURE from here.

He is a former ninja for the fallen crime boss Mr. Big.  He searches the streets for new challenges for his rage.

Izayui: I will now challenge all bare knuckled fighters to feel my rage on the streets! Now my gang will take over!

IZAYUI AND HIS OLD GANG ATTEND A MATCH BETWEEN BIG BEAR AND ANDY BOGARD...THEY GET A LITTLE TOO CLOSE TO THE ACTION

Bear: What is this? You guys aren't supposed to be here.

Izayui: We're taking over.

Bear: AAAAAHHHHH!  He spit beer in my face!

Kham: Now I have you.
Remember me.
Remember me and Charlie?

Ermac: What?
Who's Charlie?

Kham: Don't play dume with me.

Ermac: No really, I don't know who you are talking about.

Kham: Oh...okay I remember.
Tell me about my past.
I lost my memory for the past 3 years, and now I joined the British special forces so that I could track you down.

Ermac: That isn't right either.

Kham: Really?  Then did you kidnap my sister Yuri?

Ermac: No.

Kham: Did you kill my parents and take over their kingdom?

Ermac: Not that either.

Kham: Are you the Eternal Champion?

Ermac: No dice.

Kham: Are you controlled by Ambrosia?

Ermac: No.

KHAMELEON FULLY MASTERED THE POWERS OF THE OTHER NINJAS.  HOWEVER AS A SIDE EFFECT OF THIS SHE WAS SO MIXED UP ON COPYING THE CHARACTERS, THAT SHE FORGOT WHAT SHE WAS GOING TO DO FOR HER OWN ENDING.

Kham: Are you "Shadow" Blinky?

Ermac: For the millionth time!  NO!

Ryu has had an attitude change, and now uses the evil potential of Akuma's style of Shotokan. Akuma's guidance teaches Ryu that there is no such thing as a cheap fighter

ONE WEEK LATER...

...EVIL RYU INTERRUPTS A MATCH BETWEEN HIS FRIEND KEN, AND HIS NEW TEACHER, AKUMA

Ryu: What are you doing?
The fans want us to fight each other.  But we Shotokan masters must stick together.

Ken: You're right.  We've been fighting too much.

Akuma: HNRG!!!  GRRR!!!  HRMPH!!!

Ken: Like Akuma just said, the power we have together can possibly be greater than even Shadowlaw!

Ryu: Now you see!  Dragon punches and fireballs are the way to domination!!!  Are you guys in?

Ken: Definitely!

Akuma: HNRG!!!

Ryu: Then we will create the Shotokan World Order.  We will take over everything using the power we posess.

Ken: We're taking over!

Akuma: GRRR!!!

Ryu: We are in control, no one can stop us.
